Marcin Szulc graduated from Faculty of Law at the University in Poznań in 2001, Poland and qualified in Ireland as a solicitor in 2012. He is fluent in English and Polish. He was appointed as a Notary Public in March of 2023.
The notarial work and notarised documentation can be done in Polish and in English to be used in jurisdictions all over the World.

Litigation is the main field of his activity. He graduated from Faculty of Law at the University in Poznań in 2001, Poland and qualified in Ireland. He is fluent in English and Polish. Over the years he came to the conclusion that many a dispute can be resolved in a faster, cheaper and in a more friendly manner than protracted and complicated court proceedings. Some cannot, though.
The mediation, an alternative dispute resolution process is seriously under-utilised and this is his attempt to change it – one dispute at a time.
The vast litigation experience is an asset helping him to see through a dispute and moderate the mediation discussions towards a resolution, which can be a new beginning instead of just an end.
